Eligibility for Returns:

Time Frame: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can be your order confirmation email or a receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Perco Gun’s Moneyback Guarantee

All Perco guns come with a moneyback guarantee. Please check the individual listing to determine the length of this guarantee. Within that timeframe, if anything goes wrong with the gun, simply return it and we will either refund your purchase price or send you a new one free of charge.

Return Process

Request a Return: Contact our Customer Service at returns@percogun.com or call us at 1800-666- LABELS (5223) to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

Packaging: Safely package the item(s) to avoid damage during shipping. Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the return address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds and Exchanges

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment. Exchanges will be processed and shipped promptly.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may apply to certain returns. You will be informed of any applicable fees when you initiate the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service immediately at returns@percogun.com and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
